Oxy.community reserves the right to immediately remove a user from the platform if: (i) the user abuses the platform or causes any harm or damage to its use or to Partners or to oxy.community or its employees (ii) oxy.community has a reasonable belief in fraudulent acts by the user when using the platform.

Limited license

Oxy.community, under the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws and regulations, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited right to access, use and present this platform and its contents. This license does not constitute a transfer of title to the platform and its components and is subject to the following restrictions: (1) you may not modify the platform and its elements in any way or reproduce or present them in public, or distribute or otherwise use the platform and its elements for any public or commercial purpose, unless otherwise permitted by the Terms of Use.

The links included in the platform, lead to pages of the platform or in some cases lead the user to websites of third party providers, companies, etc. These related websites are not under the control of oxy.community and oxy.community is not responsible for the content of any such website or any link contained in the related website, or any changes or updates to such websites.
