The idea of oxy was born as a need that we recognized in ourselves as customers. We wanted an easy way to really show the employee that we were thankful. And this "thank you" to stay and be saved. A more personal way that the employee can see this "thank you" again and again and take advantage of it. That we can say it to him even later if we forgot to thank him in person.
So in one of these usual conversations where we were thinking about which stores we would like to visit again, we realized that the main reason was the people who worked there.
And since we could remember them one by one, we asked ourselves how could we offer these people something more substantial, something that stays, something that has value in their personal and professional lives.
So we thought... what better than an online thank you?
